Grace On The Floor® was designed to address balance and fall-prevention issues, while incorporating functional fitness techniques and exercises.

While the basic "Warm-Up" movements remain constant in all programs, each session addresses the particular balance issues experienced by the group participants, i.e. seniors with a few physical restraints, adults, weakened by strokes, body injuries or replaced parts, or the blind or deaf. Those with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's or Muscular Dystrophy have also been assisted by the programs.
All Grace On The Floor® programs & DVDs have been designed, produced, directed and performed by Catherine Kazienko, Fitness Expert, and Ballroom Dancer. Catherine is the President of MNA Services, Inc. All Grace On The Floor® programs and products are provided through MNA Services, Inc.
Since 2001 Catherine has taught this program to thousands of adults in Rehabilitation Wellness and Fitness centers, Community centers, and Senior Assisted-Living and Independent-Living Facilities.
